If you are having trouble making a payment, click on Contact Us, tell us what is your issue is and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
If you have paid for a class and you have not received your code 2 hours prior to the session, please send us an email asap.
We cannot help you with your technical issues or your wi-fi or your device. We will hold a spot for you, so if you miss a session, you can join the next one and continue till you have completed all the sessions you have paid for (within a reasonable period - typically, no more than 2 weeks from the date of your last session based on the number of sessions your purchased). Please fill out the form below to notify us of any rescheduling requests and we will accommodate your request as best as possible.
If we are unable to conduct a session due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session to another date at no extra cost.
